About Me – Tech Troubleshooting & How-To Writer

Hi Myself Ahmad Khan, the person behind Fixonic.online. I started this site because I kept seeing people struggle with the same frustrating tech problems over and over again – and most of the "solutions" online were either too complicated or just plain didn't work.

What I'm All About

I write troubleshooting guides for everyday people who just want their apps and phones to work without needing a computer science degree. You know that moment when WhatsApp won't load, your phone battery dies by lunchtime, or you get locked out of your account for no reason? That's exactly what I help with.

The Kind of Problems I Tackle

My articles cover the stuff that actually bothers people day-to-day:

App Issues – When your favorite apps crash, freeze, or refuse to open
Account Problems – Getting locked out, verification codes not arriving, password resets that don't work
Phone Performance – Battery draining too fast, phone getting hot, storage filling up mysteriously
Popular Platforms – WhatsApp Web glitches, Snapchat errors, Twitter/X login issues, email not syncing
Device Troubleshooting – Both Android and iPhone problems, broken features, settings that won't stick

Everything I write comes from real problems real people face. I'm not interested in writing about hypothetical issues nobody actually has.

How I Write My Guides

I've learned that what people need most when something breaks is clarity, not technical jargon. Here's my process:

I test solutions myself whenever possible. I read through user complaints on forums and app reviews to understand what's actually going wrong. Then I write the fix in plain English – the way I'd explain it to my neighbor or my mom.

Every guide follows the same principle: assume the reader isn't a tech expert, skip the unnecessary background information, and get straight to what will actually fix the problem.

I also keep everything updated. When Android rolls out a new version or Instagram changes its interface, I go back and revise the relevant articles. Old information is worse than no information.

Why I Built Fixonic.online

Honestly? I got tired of searching for solutions and finding the same recycled content everywhere. Sites that just reword each other's articles. Guides that skip crucial steps. Posts that haven't been updated since 2019.

I wanted to create something different – a place where someone could land, follow the steps, and actually solve their problem. No misleading headlines, no dangerous "hacks," no copying from outdated sources.

The content here is written to help first, rank second. I follow Google's guidelines not because I have to, but because they align with how I think helpful content should be created anyway.

Always Improving

Technology doesn't stand still, and neither do I. Apps update, policies change, new bugs appear. I regularly review and refresh my articles to make sure they're still accurate and useful.

If something changes with how WhatsApp Web works or Apple releases a new iOS update, I update the affected guides. Simple as that.

Let's Connect

Got a tech problem I haven't covered yet? Found something in one of my guides that didn't work for you? Have a suggestion for making the content better?

Reach out through the Contact page – I actually read and respond to messages. This site exists to help people, and feedback from readers keeps it relevant and useful.

Thanks for stopping by. I hope you find what you're looking for, and more importantly, I hope it actually works.
